Five Years In Korea
It’s all true. I learned a lot about heat exhaustion during those first five years.
- If you start to feel dizzy, you need more water.
- If your vision suddenly gets blurry, you need more water.
- If you suddenly feel nauseous, try drinking some water.
- If you feel weak, you need more water.
- If you get a serious headache, you may need some water.
- If you forget how your shoes work, there’s a good chance that you need more water.
- If you suddenly stop sweating, you should probably go to the hospital. Drink some water on the way.
