There’s a Light
Right now it’s comic book convention season in North America, so all the major comic blogs have been full of event reports. Everybody’s getting out, meeting people, pimping their wares, dressing up like video game characters, laughing at people dressed up as video game characters, watching Johnathan Frakes play the piano, and otherwise having fun.
Bah. Fun is overrated. We have fun here in Korea, too, you know. Right now I’m making a pizza from scratch. Can you do that at Comic-Con? Huh, can you?
Enough pretend moaning and now for some serious moaning. I’ve recently learned that one of my favorite webcomics, Don and Doll, is going on an indefinite hiatus. It’s the story of a doll named Doll and her boy Don. I wish Dolores and Adrian the best of luck, and hope that they’ll return to cartooning soon.
