I also see a Carl Barks influence in the character design- look at Cinderella and her dance partner in the nightclub scene. However, the clips you have here VERY much reminds me of the infamous "Heavy Metal" animated movie. The adult content, the story plot, and even the illustration style are all reminiscent. I think it's safe to say that either one inspired the other, or some of the folks who worked on one project also worked on the other. Never heard of “Rock & Rule” before.
