My experiments in home-made root beer continue. So far, my attempts at inducing carbonation have been mostly unsuccessful. It worked alright when I made ginger ale earlier; maybe my yeast is old, or maybe I’m not leaving it to ferment for long enough. I’m planning to order some ale yeast from a Korean brewing website in the hopes that it will work better than the bread yeast I’m currently using.
