Long Time No See
It’s a good thing I realized this was a dream when I did, or the situation could have easily degenerated into some kind of zombie-dog thing.
This week I was experimenting with ways to make my computer-drawn comics look more hand-drawn. The text was initially written in “One Stroke Script”, then I used that as a guide to add my own hand-lettering. Shading was provided using the Gimp’s pencil sketch tool. At this point I think I have something which looks like an advanced* computer simulation of a hand-drawn picture, which means that I’m getting close.
I’ve started work on a new Voles of the Dusk story, “The Last Human Alive”, which I plan to start after this chapter of Mischa’s Story ends. I may start doing three storyline updates a week again to get there faster; we’ll see what happens.
*”Advanced” as in “Advanced Tea Substitute”.

I hate those dreams. Oh, not with a passion or anything, but lately they’ve become increasingly macabre.
