Congratulations to Corey and Donna on the birth of their son! I’m sorry I missed you on Sunday, Corey, but hopefully we’ll be able to talk soon… maybe in six month’s time or so.
The skinsuit is a fairly common type of spaceware in the L5 region. It consists of three layers: an inner comfortable layer, a middle layer of nanogel, and an outer layer of tough flexible armor. The gel layer is responsible for heat exchange and has a limited ability to repair tears in the outer surface. These suits are generally one size fits all; they start out baggy, but conform to the wearer’s exact body shape when activated.
The second panel in the above strip was terrible. I’m absolutely no good with bottoms (no snide comments please); I went through several revisions before finally breaking out my anatomy guide and doing some research. Even now it’s nothing to write home about. I definitely need more work on my fundamentals.
