Mostly Normal
Today I’m feeling homesick and depressed. This happens to us expats sometimes. I regret that I’m so far away from my family and friends. I regret that I no longer live near them, that my experience of Newfoundland has been reduced to a series of time-lapse photos. At least today I’m not craving Mary Brown’s fried chicken…
This song seems appropriate for today… in a dadist sense, anyhow. It’s Devo again, since I’m still rocking on them. I won’t be worried long.
