In The Name Of The Queen
Today was the first day of my actual vacation. I spent it furiously working on a new release of GearHead, which hopefully I can have all packed up and ready to ship in an hour or so. This morning I also primed some models which I put together last week.
On the left is a tiny model I found in a stationary store years ago. I’m not sure what it is but it looks like a G1 Transformer so that’s how I’m painting it. The one in the middle is a Zaku II from the GunPla Collection. I really want to get the complete set of these models; as you can see, they’re just about perfect gaming scale. The model on the right is a Necromunda heavy that I started many years ago but never completed.
I haven’t touched my acrylics in years, but amazingly most of the Citadel Colors jars are still okay. I’ve got a tub of Ork Flesh which will be 19 years old this June. Going through all my old miniatures stuff makes me want to get back into painting. Unfortunately I don’t have a whole lot of time, and even worse I have no-one to play with.
