The Poverty Of Digits
Fortunately for everyone involved, Autobots are the third worst shots in the universe, right after Vogons and Stormtroopers.
Last week my computer was gone, I couldn’t use my tablet, so I did a few comics by hand. Unfortunately, the scanner we have at home doesn’t handle colored pencils well… some of the colors didn’t scan at all, while others went either much darker or much lighter. The yellows came out pretty close to the original.
This strip was inspired by a discussion about language over at Child’s Play. Why am I constantly drawing science bloggers and not other kinds of bloggers? I don’t know. I should probably ask a psych blogger about that.

I think it took me a while to actually appreciate this comic. Once I had given it a second look with the benefit of exposure to the source material, I realized that I didn’t really have to be in on the joke.
Of course, if the Cybertronians had hilariously dense academic arguments like this, I’d be half-tempted to watch the shows myself…
Also, A’Haro is both funny and creepy in a Perry Bible Fellowship sort of way. Any chance his concept drew on PBF influence somehow?
