"A creationist represents the worst possible combination between a postmodernist and a preschooler."

That line is golden. That's the kind of line that ought to be printed on T-shirts, or graffitied on public buildings in Alaska.

The VP is as worthless as tits on bulls, as we say here in the states. In reality, people like Karl Rove and other republican honchos have their hands firmly wedged up McCain's and Palin's rears, so it's as if what McCain and Palin actually think matters.

You know, you leave them in one place, you can't teach them tricks, they aren't very cuddly... like houseplants.

My first year in Korea a big moth flew in through my window. It wasn't one of the really big ones, but it was bigger than anything I'd ever encountered before (about a 6cm wingspan). I couldn't get it out so I left the window open, thinking it would fly out... and overnight it died on my kitchen table. Disposing of bugs isn't normally a problem but for this one I was wondering if I should call the department of sanitation.

Urban nature, eh?

"spiders are much closer to houseplants"

I regularly find myself chasing after houseplants with a glass and a piece of card.

I'm jealous about the size of your moths though... moth envy... We have some pretty cool ones here, such as the fabled Peppered Moth, but nothing of notable size.

WOW!! (re: post)
I'm completely culturaly-shocked at the idea Tama was meant to look asian! What with the blond sketch and all!!! And to further support your theory - as the guest artist mainly dealing with her as the default character - she does look horribly stereotypical for south-eastern europe, as far as our blond-ish teenage female part of population goes!!!

Whenever you draw something, anything, you are in fact drawing yourself...

It's difficult to suggest ethnicity rather than creating a blatant stereotype... I think you pulled it off nicely.

Lemur is obviously due for a comeback... my love of black and white creatures is unbound...

I like the 27 uses for a parent too. That idea has legs.
